Their wedding day fell between two wild storms but the weather remained calm and rain-free, allowing them to enjoy a first look on Chesterman Beach, a magical rainforest ceremony, and a romantic candlelit dinner in the Inn’s wine cellar

Emily and Mike, surrounded by the ancient trees of Cliff Gilker Park in Roberts Creek on the Sunshine Coast, exchanged their vows – just the two of them and their wedding commissioner. Their elopement began in the rain, but as if on cue, the sun emerged from behind the clouds the moment their ceremony ended.

The forest seemed to hush in reverence as Emily and Mike whispered their promises to one another. Rays of sunlight filtered through the dense canopy, casting a warm golden glow on the couple, creating a scene straight out of a fairytale.
The rich green hues of the rainforest blended seamlessly with the radiant beams of sunlight, creating a captivating contrast that made our hearts skip a beat. We all couldn't help but marvel at the beauty that surrounded us.

Drew and Marnie's Wedding was so beautiful and what made it even more beautiful was how much thought and love for the environment, supporting local business and community went into making the day so special. 

I find it so refreshing when I have couples that are mindful about the impact their decisions have on the environment and where what they are purchasing comes from and how's it made. I loved all the DIY touches and Ola of Flock Events did such a gorgeous job creating the reception decor and other special creations.
