Golden Hour Forest & Cliffside Elopement on the Sunshine Coast
Emily + Mike’s Roberts Creek Intimate Elopement in the Rainforest and Cliffside at Sunset
Emily and Mike, surrounded by the ancient trees of Cliff Gilker Park in Roberts Creek on the Sunshine Coast, exchanged their vows – just the two of them and their wedding commissioner. Their elopement began in the rain, but as if on cue, the sun emerged from behind the clouds the moment their ceremony ended.
Rays of sunlight filtered through the dense canopy, casting a warm golden glow on the couple, creating a scene straight out of a fairytale.
The rich green hues of the rainforest blended seamlessly with the beams of sunlight and we all couldn't help but marvel at the beauty that surrounded us.
After the ceremony, we ventured to a hidden gem nearby – a secluded location in the forest with cliff-sides that overlooked the vast expanse of the ocean.
As the evening unfolded, the golden hour casted a warm glow on everything it touched. The sky transformed into an artist's canvas, with hues of orange and pink. Emily and Mike stood on that forest cliffside, basking in the west coast beauty.

“We had a phenomenal experience with Jen and Brian for our private forest elopement on the Sunshine Coast. They exceeded our expectations at every turn, created a warm and comfortable atmosphere in front of the camera, and made all our dreams come true. The lead-up put us at ease with open communication to refine our vision for the big day. Every detail of our elopement was perfection, and the photos are works of art. Jen and Brian are tremendously talented photographers and even more wonderful human beings. We look forward to working with them again in the future to capture more life milestones. Thank you Jen and Brian!”
