Your Tofino elopement is an intentional day designed for you to slow down and truly enjoy the West Coast. We focus on telling the whole story of your wedding day. This starts with the quiet moments of you getting ready together, your first look and reading your vows under the rainforest canopy, exploring rugged cliff-sides, hidden caves, and dreamy sandy beaches that make this place so special. We want you to have the time to actually experience your day, whether that means sharing a picnic on the beach, riding bikes along the shore at golden hour, and having your first dance at sunset to your favourite song.
What is an All-Inclusive Elopement?
An all-inclusive elopement is our way of creating an effortless experience for you. We have carefully curated a seamless experience where every essential detail is handled for you by a team of trusted local professionals. From the initial coordination of your vendor team to the artistry of your photos and film, we look after the moving parts so you don't have to. This approach is designed for the couple who wants a stress-free, intentional wedding day without the distraction of managing the logistics.
Simply put: you show up, breathe deep, and enjoy an incredible day while we look after the rest.

From our first conversation to the moment you say "I do," we are with you every step of the way.

Connect
We’ll have a video call to get to know each other and learn more about you two and the vision you have for your day. We’ll walk you through the experience we offer and create a possible timeline together so you can visualize how your wedding day will look and feel. Following our call, we’ll send over a custom quote tailored specifically to your needs.

Securing Your Date & Planning
Once you’ve chosen your package, we’ll send over a contract and all the info you need to officially secure your date with us and your vendors. We will then get in touch with your vendors, send them inspo photos and any other details they need. Throughout the months leading up, we can work on choosing locations & your timeline. We are here for you throughout the entire process and always available to answer questions, and offer guidance.

The Lead Up
Two weeks before your wedding, the remaining balance is due. This is a great time to confirm your timeline and any other important details. If your eloping, we will check the weather a few days before and if it isn’t ideal, we’ll consult with you and your vendors to see if shifting to a backup day will give you the perfect conditions you’re dreaming of.
