Your elopement at The Pointhouse is an intentional day designed for you to slow down and truly enjoy every moment. Our all-inclusive packages focus on the quiet, honest story of your day, from getting ready together in your suite to exchanging vows overlooking the ocean. Whether you are walking through the mossy forest canopy, exploring the rugged cliff-sides, or wandering the peaceful pebble beaches that make this estate so special, the focus remains on your connection.

We want you to have the time to actually experience your elopement. This might mean sharing a private picnic overlooking the ocean, being barefoot by the water at golden hour, or having your first dance at sunset to your favourite song. For couples who want to take their story even further, we can venture off-site for a true West Coast adventure. Imagine a floatplane journey to the majestic Chatterbox Falls, or exploring nearby rainforest parks and beautiful beaches at golden hour. By blending the architectural beauty of the Pointhouse with our curated planning and artistry, we ensure your day feels like a peaceful retreat.

Our goal is to create a meaningful day where you don't have to worry about the logistics. We will guide you through the most beautiful locations the Pointhouse and the surrounding coastline have to offer while you focus entirely on each other.

To ensure a seamless experience, your booking consists of two parts

Get in touch with the Pointhouse

To begin, please contact The Pointhouse with your preferred dates. Their team will coordinate directly with us to verify our mutual availability and ensure we can book the vendors we love and trust to work with for your wedding day.

Once confirmed, you can secure your stay by selecting your accommodations (two-night minimum).

Note: Elopement packages are available exclusively Monday through Friday.

Book your video call with us

Once your stay is booked, we’ll set up a video call to get to know one another and begin designing your elopement. Following our chat, we’ll send over a contract and all the details needed to officially secure your date and your creative team.

In the months leading up, we are always here to answer questions, explore location ideas, and refine your vision. Two weeks before your wedding day, we’ll have a final check-in to go over the last details and ensure everything is seamless. This is also when your final balance is due.

Imagine starting your day at the Pointhouse, getting ready together in your suite before a first look under the canopy of a nearby lush rainforest. From there, your story takes flight—departing via private floatplane to explore the Coast’s most remote landscapes, with no hiking required.

Touching down at the base of the majestic Chatterbox Falls for your ceremony, or landing on a glacier lake on a mountain. Perhaps you’d prefer the coastal breeze, the soft white sands and wind-sculpted cliffs on Thormanby Island.

    —We’ve extended the package duration by 15-30 minutes to account for transit, ensuring the experience on the ground remains unhurried and intentional.

Additional Details

  • Our Elopement Packages don’t include Pointhouse Accommodations. These must be booked separately here.

  • Our packages include one custom bouquet and one boutonniere. If your celebration requires a second bouquet (or any other combination of florals), we are happy to customize your floral package to perfectly fit your needs.

  • You’ll need a British Columbia marriage license, which is easily obtained and valid for three months. For those traveling from abroad, BC civil ceremonies are legally recognized in most countries, making it a simple and stress-free way to marry. View our How to get your BC Marriage License Guide.

  • Any additional guests must be staying on-site to be part of the celebration. Wedding parties over 4 people are considered a “small wedding”. If you are envisioning a gathering of more than four guests, we invite you to explore The Pointhouse’s Intimate Wedding Packages.
