Rainforest Elopement at Stay Wilder in the Sechelt Inlet — Sunshine Coast, BC
We were so happy when Chelsea reached out to us to capture her and Max’s elopement here on the Sunshine Coast. I’ve known Chelsea for years through her sister Andrea, who’s a good friend of mine.
Chelsea and Max are huge nature lovers and often spent their time hiking in the mountains and exploring the great outdoors.
Stay Wilder, an eco-conscious glamping resort nestled in the rainforest, was the perfect place for them to elope as it aligned so well with everything they love.
The day unfolded in a beautiful light-filled dome where they got ready together, exchanging snuggles and quiet moments. The forest provided a serene backdrop for their vows at a breathtaking lookout spot, capturing the essence of their deep connection to nature.
After their ceremony, we went for a walk with Chelsea and Max through the rainforest and returned to their dome for a celebration with cake and champagne on the deck. The evening continued with a scenic drive to a gorgeous beach in the Sechelt Inlet, where we were greeted with the most dreamy golden light and they ended the evening with their first dance right at sunset.
