Lexa and Matthew’s elopement was nothing short of dreamy. The Pointhouse Suites provided the perfect setting with moody summer skies, ocean views, and an intimate space where they could be fully present with each other. With just their moms there to help them get ready, witness their vows, and celebrate with them, the day felt so personal and meaningful. They shared a quiet first look by the water, taking in the moment together before heading inside for their ceremony as the rain clouds rolled in. The soft light and misty air made everything feel even more romantic.
After popping some champagne and cutting their cake, they said goodbye to their moms and we explored the property for golden-hour portraits. The clouds were incredible, shifting and glowing with the evening light, creating the most dramatic and ethereal backdrop. That is one of the things we love most about the Pointhouse. You don’t have to go anywhere else to find beauty because it is all right there.
Lexa and Matthew ended their evening with a quiet, candlelit dinner, just the two of them, soaking in the magic of the day. It was such a joy to capture their love in such a peaceful and breathtaking setting.
