Autumn Squamish Elopement in the Mountains — with Video
Karoliina and Ashley’s autumn elopement in Squamish, BC, was nothing short of magical. Their day started at a cozy Airbnb, where they got ready together, exchanged thoughtful gifts, and shared a sweet moment FaceTiming their parents. It was a relaxed and intimate way to begin their adventure.
The couple chose the rainforest at Brohm Lake for their vows, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Despite the clouds and a light drizzle, the trees provided a quiet, peaceful backdrop. As they said their “I do’s,” the sun broke through the clouds, casting a golden glow over the moment.
After the ceremony, they explored the stunning landscapes of Squamish. A short hike took them to the Chief and Shannon Falls Lookout, where the views were absolutely breathtaking. They ended the day at Porteau Cove, with the ocean and mountains creating the perfect backdrop for their evening photos.
In between it all, they found time to make coffee, share doughnuts, and just enjoy being together. It was a day full of love, laughter, and the incredible beauty of Squamish’s wild scenery.
Brian and I had the most incredible day with Karoliina + Ash. We loved how intentional they were in creating a day that truly reflected who they are and what matters most to them. Such wonderful humans with a deeply loving and playful connection—it was an absolute joy to capture their journey. So happy for you both!
